Furnace Service, Repair, and Installation

Service | Repair | Installation

Our Tucson winters are mild, but they do get cold enough to keep our furnaces running and occasionally freeze the water pipes. It is important to keep you and your family warm on those cool winter nights! It is also critical to have an efficient furnace that doesn’t cost you a fortune on your monthly utility bills.

Mini Splits

Mini splits are an amazing way to save money while converting a garage, home additions, tiny homes (or even smaller, new construction homes), and providing comfort in a space that was not designed to accommodate a traditional duct system. Mini splits typically have a higher SEER rating. This can save you energy and be a very cost-effective retrofit solution during costly remodels.

Mini-split systems consist of an outdoor compressor/condenser and a small indoor unit that sets and controls the temperature in the room for optimum comfort.

Nothing is worse than coming home to a steaming hot home in the middle of July…. And then finding out your HVAC unit has completely died and needs to be replaced. The cost of a new unit can be daunting, which is why we began working with Amana and Goodman Distributors to create our MOEAC HVAC unit.

Advantages of MOEAC:

  • Extended warranties available include up to 10-year labor warranty, 10-year manufacturer’s warranty and lifetime compressor warranties with unit change out.

What is SEER?

SEER is the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio of an HVAC unit. In short, the higher the SEER rating, the more efficient the unit, which means more savings for you on your monthly energy bills. The efficiency of your system can vary on a multitude of factors including your homes insulation, ductword, and layout. But upgrading from an older, less efficient unit can help cool your home faster and more efficiently.
